You are in between times – you seek, you find, you seek, and find. Now is a time for gathering information once again. There is no place to end up, it is all a journey of life. It is each discovery that spikes the next seeking, a process of meandering a path to discover what appeals. No prize at the end of the journey, simply the satisfaction of knowing you did it, that you allowed yourself to seek and discover instead of doing nothing. You think you are doing nothing with all these studies but you are opening up yourself more to the discovery of the next thing, to expansion of your awareness and through that, your expression of yourself, which is the only thing you have to offer. Do not despair, there are peaks and valleys to all good adventures, it’s what makes the journey interesting/exciting.
Reflect on where your energy is high, seek those destinations, even if it’s not clear what will occur once you arrive there. It’s the journey that matters, what you shed of your worries and fears, what you learn of your strengths and abilities, and what you do with it all. You came (into this life) with issues as all humans do, and the shedding of these will continue to lighten and brighten your soul. Do not be harsh in your judgement of who comes and goes in your life. Merely observe, allow them their own journey, and call in that which you want. Even the absence of achievement is an opportunity for growth and expansion. Ultimately, there is only you and your ability to interact calmly and peacefully with your environment/life. Be light of heart when possible. When heaviness is present, release it as best you can, acknowledge its presence and move through it as you can. All comes to you with the purpose of moving you forward, no matter how long it takes. Progress is not measured in years, but in the movement from place to place. Some lives maybe about one small movement and take a lifetime to achieve. Be gentle with yourself as you go, as you are the only one who is your constant companion in this journey.

I Don't Know What to SayYou’ve just completed a great EFT tapping session, feel calm and relaxed, and good in the moment. Then perhaps later on in the day or the next day, you notice something bothering you, a new emotion an old emotion, just something’s amiss. You want to tap, to recreate that feeling of calm, but you don’t know what to say.
Did you know that tapping can be just as effective without using words? When you’re not sure of what to say, simply tapping the points can provide a great sense of ease. Don’t’ remember the tapping points? See the chart below for the points. Notice what’s bothering you. Tapping gently on each point 7-10 times, start on the side of the hand, then move to the top of the head, and continue along down the points until you’ve tapped under the arm. Then take a few slow breaths. That’s considered one round. Tap another couple of rounds and then notice your feelings. You may notice you’re feeling calmer, or you can tap another couple of rounds and assess your feelings again. Tapping Points: Exploring Emotional Blockages Using EFT |
